The whole tone of the paragraph, with its repeated allusions to the cost of the staff and matériel of the. Bollege, and several advantages it is supposed to possers over other schools, has a manifest tendency (though this is perhaps not the object of the paragraph, traire in the minds of the public, who read the Local Tapiro, grave double as to the solid worth of the education imparted at the Collye; for mich
